Latest love: Charlotte Olympia

Now I know it hasn’t been long since I did a latest love about those useful structures we call ‘shoes’ but trust me, if you haven’t already be introduced to Charlotte Olympia, You need to be.
I’ve been in love with these ‘Olympic’ award winning shoes since the beginning of last year mainly for her black and white striped wedge shoe, her collections really push boundaries in what we consider go on our feet in the everyday.
I know they’re not any kind of Vivienne Westwood or Alexander McQueen when it comes to purposely knocking over the boundaries but she really does set some very different rules to a traditional shoe style giving them all an added twist. Which is most probably why Henry Holland is so mad for them against his own collection using these two beauties:

Launched in 2007 fresh from graduating at London’s Cordwainers in 2004, Charlotte began her London-based shoe company. With her love of the 40’s style combined with a base of Glamour and femininity, an ultimately lethal combination for shoe design its no wonder why this collection of signature gold spider adorned shoes were bound to be a massive hit with fellow designers and celebrities alike.

With a heavy use of vibrant colours, pattern and designs Charlotte’s shoes add a fast stylish statement to any attire, (if you can afford the price tag).
