1) Lilac spot midi dress; £32: Dorothy Perkins
Now I don’t usually shop in Dorothy Perkins and never fair that well style-wise with their products but it seems they’ve been walking down the same path as the big high street giants and favourites among fashionistas Topshop, ASOS and Urban Outfitters (to name a few) with this little number. Its pastel, its fifties, its midi, its PERFECT?… This dress does come with a huge but.. Unless you were born a size 4 with no hips and ZERO boobs this waistline pinching dress will not fair well with your figure, you heard it here first, tried and tested.

2) Deena & Ozzy Lace-Up Rockabilly Shoes; WAS: £85 NOW £50: Urban Outfitters
Moving on with another fifties heart-throb its these patent shoes by Deena & Ozzy. Although when I received my leopard print brothel creepers my heart did skip a beat and have been the only thing on my feet since.. these monochrome pair are ideal for someone who prefers a more dainty shoe but still wants to be in season.

3) ASOS ABLAZE Super High Wedge; £60: ASOS
A hit sell out last year and now a hit in multiple different patterns. This Tapestry shoe was top of my wish list at the end of summer last year in my Daily Desire column until it sold out.. but now its is firmly in my saved list waiting to be bought. Although it doesn’t ooze that hip fifties style of current fashion it will be good for those denim jean, black t-shirt and straw hat moments this summer.

4) Ted Baker Strooth Straw Shopper; £79: ASOS
Ted Baker have taunted me enough with their amazing accessories, and mainly with their ever-growing purse collection which seems to be gradually carving the wound I bare about my own purse collection (ALL broken may I add) even deeper. But now you’ll be pleased to here they’re deciding to taunt my crazed self even further by creating some amazing bags to go with -THAT- purse. This one especially tugs my heart-strings.. -sigh-

5) River Island Faux Fur Headband; WAS: £15 NOW: £5: ASOS
Did you grab anything from the ASOS steal preview not so long ago? If you didn’t the sale prices and some of the best items are still up for grabs. Now.. I know the weathers going to be changing but I still LOVE this pink headband.. is it wrong to want to buy it and wear it before it gets too clammy? Or will I look like a lost polar bear? Guidance please..

6) Vintage Original Dorothy Ann Floral Brooch; £9: The Mad Hatters Vintage and Thrift Store
And last but not least we come to some vintage. What better way to spice up that tailored fifties look and move you into that summer feeling than with an original Dorothy Ann bone china floral brooch to use in replace of that pussy bow? Oh AND the chance to buy it from a trusted online retailer? Exactly. Grab it from my online store before its gone!
